Massage offers an opportunity to reconnect to sensation as an experience of joy, allowing the body to release tensions from painful conditions and habits such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, anger and fear.
I graduated from the Fingerlakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY in 2004, and have been practicing massage ever since. In 2006 after two years of full-time work as an independent contractor at a variety of massage businesses, I took time to enrich my ideas, and enrolled at Bennington College, where I studied dance, psychology and art.
Upon finishing my studies at Bennington I settled in Philadelphia; the home of the Headlong Performance Institute which I had the good fortune of inaugurating along with 12 other classmates in the Fall of 2008.
I am delighted to be here, pursuing creative collaboration and movement opportunities, and offering massage to a new community.
